We offer a wide range of computer services, including installation, repair, networking, and more for your office or home computer system. We also provide software development and custom software products for nonprofits and other organizations.

It depends on the problem, but many times the answer is yes! A benefit of dropping your computer off with us for repair is that there is no travel charge for our engineers coming to you. If you feel comfortable disconnecting and reconnecting your PC, bring it over. We will be happy to help you carry in your PC from your car. Or you can disconnect it and bring it in, and arrange for us to deliver and reconnect it. If you bring it in, we usually need only the tower, not the monitor, mouse and keyboard.

We are located at 306 W. Haywood Street, behind the Anderson Lincoln car dealership on Patton Ave. in downtown Asheville. Turn onto Clingman Ave. next to the car dealership, take a right on Hilliard. Then take the second right onto W. Haywood Street. We are on the ground floor of the large tan, two-story building on the right. See the large blue OneWhoServes, Inc. sign on the front of our building. Please park in the parking lot just beyond our building.

We do sell computer hardware and software; however, we are not a storefront retail business. We stock standard parts and order any special parts that you need, usually delivered within a few days. We do not sell used or refurbished equipment. Please call for more information.

Your computer may be slow because it is infected with a virus or spyware, or because you need additional memory installed. These are common computer troubles with which we can assist you.
